LOL! I know, back then if you went JDM you had good resources and money to burn.

Never thought a mugen spoiler would look good on an 8g (first galant shown). Too my knowledge that's what it is. Someone can correct me if wrong.

It does look like a replica of a spoiler for a 96-00 Civic Coupe/Sedan.

I don't like it though.
