I was in waterbury ct right down the street from my house n i was driving home last night around 3am and i took a left at a light n there was a white galant 8g in front of me.. i thought nothing of it until they pulled onto the center line and slowed down.. i thought they were drunk so i passed them but then i noticed they must have been trying to get my attention because they were flashin their highs at me.. im wondering if it was random or sum1 from here
