where did i go wrong?
Had a package come in today from China
I forgot I bought this.
They are the three prong led break lights that have been discontinued.
They now only make the 5 prong
Eager to see it in action I put it in and it went bad from there
Put it in the rear blinker post. Worked fine. Wanted to see it at a constant on. So I was going to switch it over when I could smell burning plastic. That's when I found out that these lights are not going to work.
Too much power?
Bad production from China?
What to do now?
Oh and plus, it only came with one bulb -_-'

-
those are cool did yu get a single pic of what could have been
-
they are called spiderlite. Google that and you will see all the pictures
-
from the experience i had doing led blinkers u have to add resistors to make it work or it will get to hot and burn cause its not useing the the right electrical current
-
Do you still need to put resistors for break lights too
-
I didn't need them for my 2000 but I have heard that u might have to change it out to an led safe flaser I've heard they can fix the issues as we'll I never tried it I just put my stock bulbs back in mine but my break lights are LEDs from auto zone the red ones
