OBD2 codes and Some Symptoms

My girlfriends 2003 Galant is throwing the following code and info:

P0507: Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected (Powertrain, Generic)

-Air Flow Rate from Mass Flow Sensor: 0.5 lb/min
-Absolute Throttle Position: 0.0 %


Not sure what is the issue. I already cleaned the throttle body. The other issues I have noticed are that it shakes especially at stops. The pedal even shakes upon heavy acceleration. My girlfriend says it revs high when she starts it in the morning.

Any ideas?
