I am new to galant i have a 94 AWD manual 2.0 4g63 car in iceland and i am competing on it in rallycross in my class the max engine size is 2.5 i am wondering how much of a problem is it for me to stick in 4g64 2.4 ?
Will the gearbox fit ?
How about motormounts ?
And electrics ?
So you have the twin cam 4g63? Is it turbo? pictures? Gearbox yes. Motor mounts yes.
its a n/a soch 4g63 engine turbo isnt allowed in my class in the competion
The 7g in the US did not have a 4g63 as an option just the 4g64 . It should be a straight forward and simple swap. What is the donor motor coming from? You will probably want to swap the ecu and make sure the distributor is one of the early 7g versions(in the US that would be 94-95 only).
How about the 4g69 does the gearbox and motor mounts fit on that engine ?
