Sweet, how much does the frame end up weighing?
I think in the 2k lbs range. I'm probably wrong but I remember that for some reason.
we build 2 frames>standard and 4" wider the frame itself only just over 100#'s little mo for the 4" wide. not sure bout da whole plane. these are bush planes and are used as such for their short take off/landing capability. in otherwords lightness is key.
Yah, I wouldnt think it would weigh much. Im going to build my own frame for a Super 7 replica and I think they weigh around 50lbs.
