are there any ecu perfomance chip out there for the 95 7G?

no, not a chip
but jet will take your stock ecu and give you a flashed one for about 300 bucks

Or you can be cool and convert to EPROM from a 95 2g

This is exactly the reason everyone tells you to search. This has been answered 1000's of times. Like frag said ... no there are no "chips" for our ecu.
