I have no room for an intake on the other side. It's fine this way I think. I need to go back to storage and grab some more measurements.

I forgot you still have power steering. Makes sense, carry on!
Yes sir. That's why no flipping.
Sent the car to the local exhaust shop. Getting the full system redone with the new tubular manifold. All 3" aluminized steel with all v-band flanges, vibrant ultra quiet resonator and vibrant steertpower oval muffler. Routing it under the axle. Hoping for a quieter system. I will add a second resonator if I have to.
Car on the way to shop.

Will post pics of the exhaust progress as I get them.
Some pics of the fab work on the exhaust. Guy was taking too long. Someone else took over and made progress and sent me some photos.

It hangs a bit lower than I wanted it.

Got the right angle. Now installing a v-band to make the downpipe a two piece for easier removal. Which will help with making the downpipe even closer to the oil pan and that will prevent it from scraping. I mainly blame my suspension being really bouncy lol.

had him reroute the downpipe as i didnt like the placement. i will post pics once its all finished. im hoping i will have it back this weekend. i have a pile of car parts that i need to install on it.

45cc is what I measured. I will measured the other 3 to confirm.
So with a cometic head gasket and a stock block I will run 8.6:1 compression

The old numbers that was measured by flash on club3g stating that the sonata head has a 56cc chamber seem to be wrong or off. Brandon measured his head and came up with 43cc.
^^^Didn't Jigz knick a valve on the Cometic HG with is DOHC setup?
I stand corrected. I just went through his build and it was an OEM HG that was too thin for the setup.
It's easy to guess what this is.

if you want higher compression, you can always put 7g piston-rods in there
No I'm good with low compression. Less chance of knock.
The muffler looks good.

That does look good. It lined up nicely with the bumper
Thanks Jon. Exactly what I wanted it to look like. Even though the piping was not what I wanted. But I'll address that issue later.
Small list I compiled together

Exhaust is done. New 12an drain is leaking at the turbo side. The line has a slight kink to it since I used a straight and a 45 so i think it's causing the system to back up and leak from the gasket or somewhere else. I'm towing it home Saturday and gonna work on that issue.
No audio clip yet but it's much quieter than the last system.
