Ummmm...can I have the wing? lol
No. 1 looks to be Work VS-SS, PIAA Super Rozza or Stern ST1 (a replica of those)
No. 3 are stock Super VR4 wheels iirc
Apologies for that bro :icon_confused:
I posted it because it had a closer view of the RIMS...my bad :088:
skyforger@
not mine. This accident occured way back 2009 i think. I only found it in some of my picture files.
Anywy the Super parts went to good use. it went on to a Legnum that was turned into a Super Legnum VR4.
blue8g@
Thnaks for the info on No.1 and No.3 =)
Now any ideas on No.2 guys?
I was playing about the ruined morning, but that is a bad way to see a G go.
Especially such a rare G.
I still want the wing. :(
oakrdrs187@
Yeah...here you are, taking care of your 8g, driving carefully and doing all the things a loving owner would do to keep his 8g in great condition...and then WHAMMM!!! Somebody rams you from behind :icon_eek:
Anyway, I don't know what are the exact circumstances when this poor g got totaled (the thread starter said the SVR4 was unsalvageable :095:) I hope the owner was alright though.
skyforger@
I want the wing too =)
[QUOTE=unclepaulie;690495]No1: what blue8g said

[QUOTE=qcustoms;690689]I think qcustoms is right. I believe this is an advertisement picture from Mitsubishi:

Same wheels as the Red Super VR4...
[QUOTE=IVORY_G;690711]Awesome ad pic!
I wonder what color this VR4 is? looks like silver but it could be a darker silver...but it's maybe the lighting
So these RIMS were made by Mitsubishi? or are they some special Racing wheels.
Anyway, I've read somewhere that when the VR4 was released, you can get these stadard rims or the optional 3 spoke rims.
The one that I got had 3 spoked Rims...I wonder if these are the said Optional 3 spoked RIMS or the former owner just tried to copy the look of the special optional 3 spoked RIMS.

The fenders got dented when he was loaded onto the container =( Anyway, it's going to be mended so no problem there.

Anyway, please comment on the brake system. Are these old/new? Stock/upgraded?
Do I need to replace them?
Rotation on tire is off...
The wheels are on the wrong side of the car. Swap left wheels with right wheels and all is well.

hope this clears up..
note that the PFL came with both a polished face and shadow painted inner aswell found on some st-r and vr4's aswell still found on the NZ new VR(non turbo V6)
ohh split spokes, my bad. dunno what drugs i was on.
i have seen the bbs on galant and legnum pfls,
and the non split 5 spokes on both pfl and fl vr4's.
and the split ones on post 99 or something FL's...or maybe they were a factory option.
eg:
2000 model with basic 5 spokes
97 model with the same ones
2001 model with split 5's
another 2001 model with split 5's
kangaroo juice lol.. not a problem, here to help lol.....
What's the wheel size for this beauty?
http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...777f104d_b.jpg
IDK sizing, but they're 7-series wheels...I believe they're 19x9/19x10, but that's iirc
thats sexy but here in NZ good luck even getting upto 50km/h on anything smaller than a /35 profile tyre.. i would never run anything less than a /45 as our roads are so so bad with potholes, possums, natives, homing rocks in the gorges etc,, ifind our cars max size we can run comfortably is a 18" with a minimum of 215/40/18, 19's are too rough and 20s are deadly lol

These look like the wheels from the first gen Outlanders.
They do look like from the 1st Gen Outlander.
I looked for them in the local online for sale site here and behold@! they're for sale@! However...they're only 16"? :orangeconfusedw:
16" Mitsubishi Outlander Mags (5H/PCD 114) w/215-60-16 tires

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How come the ones on the VR4's looks bigger? Is the ad wrong and they're actually 17"? Or the RIMS on the pics totally different from the Outlander?
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a231/gian7675/ad.jpg
http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...675/rally1.jpg
The tires on the Outlanders are larger than the Galants. That will make them seem smaller on the Outlander. Someone should get the part number for the VR4 wheels and the Outlander wheels, see if they we the same...:)
yeah...either it's just an optical illusion or Mitsubishi released these sets of RIMS in 2 sizes.
I hope someone can confirm this. I really want these RIMS on sale...but I want to buy the correct sized RIMS :icon_wink:
So if the size is indeed 16" What are the tires on the Red SVR4?
I like this look. Looks like the Rally Car that I pictured for the 8g.

The Jews? Sup Himmler.
inb4demandforoutlanderwheels
