1g GST downpipe with turbo flex

I bought a 2 bolt flange and didn't have to use it! The 2 bolt bolted to this weird 3 bolt for the eclipse gs. I was like o.O awesome.

Cut my magnaflow 7in round off the rotor glow and stuck it on this to help quiet it down for the cops. Obviously the 1g GST downpipe was NOT a direct bolt on. I had to cut a stock turbo's worth of length out of it lol:

I actually feel a nice power increase after 3krpms.. It's a decent car now lol (compared to v6).
Lol, that weird 3 bolt header, the upper right one is a mounting hole that bolts tothe block. Looks good
Just saw your post lol! I thought that extra hole went to the Catalytic converter?
Timing belt skipped on the way to scranton. Funny as hell to have a TGC member pass and then give me a call to see if I needed help. I love you guys.
Got myself a tow (2 hours later wtf), could've been worse i suppose.

My Working Area was a little restricted lol!

Timing belt, holy crap! Each tooth was torn on one side, yet I was not supposed to do the timing belt for another 5k miles.

The head is pretty clean thanks to penzoil's "active agents"... 280k miles

Gave the pistons a nice shine
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...3/IMAG0619.jpg
Each piston had 2 marks on it from the intake valves so I took all the intake valves out and replaced them with beck/arnly ones; decent quality. I've been driving it for 2 weeks now without problems at all. My local store only had a dayco timing kit, so I replaced timing components with that. Have not had great experiences with dayco in the past, so fingers crossed.

Wow, it really seems timing belts are a bit of your curse
Ha, that's what mine looked like when it skipped, replaced all intake valves too.
lol! If you are anything like me, you saw this and was like FMLLLLLLLLLL.. xD
I originally saw the frayed belt around the crank bolt and new that I had to pull the head :(
