I agree Denver, no one is paying for this build other than the OP so it's his money, his creation.
That is so very true. Btw is there anymore suggestions for my build you guys wanna throw in?
Nothing wrong with smoked tails. Like denver said be original.
My 3rd gen tails are smoked too. :)

While I agree with everything you say, I can't help but feel like the rant took a shot at a few of us, now in all Friendlyness, the OP has been asking for thoughts, opinions and suggestions on things he plans on doing all through his build, some of us merely mentioned our opinions in form of statements. I understand the community is here to help and not judge which is why I personally stated not to open his tail lights for fear he may not be able to re-seal them properly making the problem worse, while you and I may be confident in our abilities to take on such a task we can't assume the same for JD, so rather than going for the path of approval on something he may not be able to handle I chose the path of prevention and explained why, mainly because it isn't my money, and I would hate for something to get permanently water damaged and I influenced it. So all in all, agreed we are no one to tell him what and what not to do, and I don't think any of us meant to force him to mod his car a certain way. But I will this, again in all fun and laughs, sounds like y'all were pushing the smoke as much as we were against it Lol! Just saying. No personal fouls meant nor taken D.
LMAO Cody!!
Hmm good point guys. I do like the look of the tails but I might LIGHTLY tint it and if I dont like it i'll take it off
I was also possibly thinking of going over the red with red tint spray only because they're minor scratches and I'm kinda a perfectionist which is why I was thinking to tint it in the first place
For the scratches you try some rubbing compound or carnuba wax. It would help more if you used a buffing wheel or buff ball on a drill or grinder to really get it in there and work out the imperfections.
ok thanks but they'res a crack too that I wanted to cover
Did you have red bulbs or tinted from turns that make it look like red bulbs in the front? Cause if you do, your fair game and the ticket is justified. Red on the front of vehicles are ONLY for emergency vehicles only.
