I also have an 2011 mine also went out ended up buying new fan from mitsubishidirect.com its located passenger side under the kick panel its an easy fixQuote:

If you can double check for power an ground @ the blower motor connector you don't need to remove the blower motor. If you get 11.5+volts and solid ground replace the blower motor it has 3 screws.

Yup, My 2011 has the same problem. Haven't fixed it yet but i did see the blower clip was slightly yellowish. I did swap out the heater console on dash from a 04 GTS and it has gotten more power so i think my old temp control unit was also going bad.
