Rear Fog light install help needed!

I am trying to add rear fog lights to my usdm ralliart. I have found that I need a euro rear bumper which has the cutouts for the light...which I've just ordered through a dealer here in the states. The 9th gen was made at the Illinois plant and exported into Russia and had to have rear fog lights to meet standards. I can't believe the fact I was able to get an EU bumper new from a US dealer...amazing enough. I have also sourced the rear fog lights and will be getting those as well as a dual front/rear fog light switch. Under the hood there is a spot and label for a rear fog light fuse and relay. I would like to wire this up as OEM as possible, however I am in need of a wiring diagram for a 9th gen wiring diagram. I have one for the US market cars but not the exported ones. If anyone can send me or point me in a direction as to where I can find one I would be much appreciate it. Pretty sure it has to be wired through the ETACS and or front control module.
