no its not.

but looking at it, maybe its the angle, but with a bumper that drops that low, that center part would be about where the bottom of the factory bumper would be, you'd pretty much have that bumper sitting on the ground, at factory height probably.

kinda reminds me of this. but it looks like it hangs lower on the sides than this one

yea its kinda hard to tell from those angles. I cant tell which angle which is supposed to be. but it looks kinda like it sticks out where the fogs are and goes in where the bottom grill is.....hmmmm

Saw that on e-bay. The part number they listed is for the stock USDM 99-01 bumper. I guess it is just a few bad pics b/c I thought it was a JDM bumper too, or not a galant bumper at all.

now that i look at it, the bumper is upside down. that big opening at what is now the bottom of the bumper, is where a grille would go on possibly an suv or something.

its official....i had my gf scoop me up a bumper off ebay and she got this one cause it was the cheapest...it is now sitting in my living room and def does not fit the G ride AT ALL....luckily the guy gogt a shitload of bumpers from a body shop going out of business for real cheap, so he refunded me the $ and told me to keep it. so if we can figure out what it is, it is up for sale...LOL.....
