What speed do you guys have to shift at on the stock manual transmission?
I have to disprove my honda loving co-worker who thinks we should shift at 15mph lol

Depends on what driving you are doing. Casual cruise driving I probably shift out of first before 3k RPM which is probably 20-30mph? If you are pushing the car at WOT, shift right before the redline.

depending on your driving style.. some likes to redline then shift!!hehehehe. i'd say 4000 on 1st and 2nd then do the math.

before i roasted the stock clutch i was able to hit almost 35 in first. at redline. second about 55-60 and so on. 5spd 7G's can stomp on most handas.

I do that too. Sucks with the prothanes, lots of vibration in low low RPMs trying to accellerate :P

Back when I had my Corolla, I redlined 1st gear ALL THE TIME. lol Even when Im driving my friends cars, they hate it. I redline first gear on any car thats manual. I think thats bad. But usually the normal person would shift at maybe 3k to 3.5K

yeah I am thinking well over 15 mph in first way before redline. Shit...in my slushy auto I could hit more than 35 before the car shifted itself. So your Honduh friend aint too bright

i shift in the 3-3.5 range in first, if im racing on some shit or in a rush then im shifting at 4k. But then by that time im already doing 40 or so.

when i was turbo i would try to get out of first asap. most of the time it would chirp going into second, but every now and then it would keep burning out and i'd be going 20mph too bad i only had the LSD for a few weeks before the CHP said no more

well i found another way to prove it to my wonderful co worker that didnt believe me. I let him ride with me.
This is shifting at around 6.2k rpm btw
1st - 34mph
2nd - 58.5mph
3rd - Cop pulled out......
