sunroof problem

my sunroof wil not close on the front, close with 5 cm still open.
2002 Galant Avance 2 ltr.

Most sunroofs have adjustments just under the glass. They can be seen when you have it in an open position. Check them out and see if you can adjust the roof a bit forward before replacing anything.
