Got some tires for the 16's today.

Top 4 are new and the bottom 4 are on the wheels.

Top 2 are 225/50/16 BFG KDW's going out back
Bottom 2 are 225/50/16 BFG KD's going up front.

I wanna go staggered eventually, but I'll have to see how it performs to make sure.

I wanna get them mounted in the next couple of weeks so I can take measurements for the spacers. I'll be happy if the tire is flush with the fender.

Damn dude everytime I see your car I think about removing my rear spoiler.

  7. #367
I had a spoiler before. I hated how it blocked the rearview. Couldn't tell if the car behind me was a cop or a Yugo.

I like it without so much better!

Guess who got some tires mounted??? lol.

Pics dont fully capture how wide and FAT these tires are on these wheels. Just the way I like them!

Test fit and measuring for the spacers tomorrow.

They look beefy. I've always liked those wheels but they only look proper if your dropped. Post some pics of the test fit.

I'm dropped pretty low on my SS-P's and going lower, so I should be okay.

Here's the outcome of the testfit today. The tires fill the wheel wells nicely, although I'm definitely going to run a 15mm wheel spacer on all four corners so I can get it that much closer to flush. I'll be happy if the face of the tire is flush with the fender. If I go anyfarther than that, the tires will poke out too much. Right now, the fender and tire are about an inch away from each other. I used the spline lugs for the test fit, but I will use OEM lugs once I put them on for the summer. I already bought a set off of Greddy just waiting for them to come in the mail.

Thanks! Sweet man I can't wait to get them! I will black out the heads when I put projectors in them.

I'm going with the same spacers Marc is running. Theyre 15mm $85 shipped from Ebay.

It has a blue tint when it's off but is 100% amber when it's on.
