Could be a axle shaft, try putting the car in neutral and tell me what happens, if it is worse or better.
I find this mainly happens when I am off the gas. I doesn't always vibrate/shake but when it does you cant miss it. it jerks the steering wheel 1-2 inches left and right. Almost feels like the wheels gonna fall off. Then it will stop after a couple blocks and drive fine for a while. Then it will do it again. Happens at lower speeds usually under 30. I checked the lugs on all four wheels and they are tight. And today it was very noticeable when I was backing up with the steering wheel turned all the way to the right. What could this be? I know a need a wheel bearing could it be this bad? Also I know tires plus said something about a torn boot I think a while back. Help...
And it also has not been more noticeable when turning or going straight that i could tell. Alignment is pretty much right on too.

Could be ur tie rod end..
Quick questions:
You said you feel vibration, do you also hear a humming sound, if so does is go away when you turn the wheel to the sides?
Also do you hear any clicking when turning? You also mentioned a boot.. If on of the axles has been leaking you can kiss that good bye and get a new one. Who knows that may solve your problem.
Have you checked all bushings and ball joint...?
