the fastest i went so far in my 2000 g was 100, would have gone faster but the steering wheel started vibrating an all that, but its completely stock, and stilling rolling on the stock 195'z well just till the the summer and ill get some 18'z or sumthing

161 ... 2002 bmw 328i on the autobahn from vienna to frankfurt (260kmh). i got nailed by 2 or 3 radar cameras... yes the autobahn has limits, but its only when you pass through cities.

125 ... 1996 honda accord lx (i4) i90 madison to chicago... saw a trooper a mile away and whaled on the brakes. tagged at 91 in a 65. first and only speeding ticket (in america)

115 ... 2002 galant es (i4) i94 from milwaukee to chicago.

I got 122 on data-log on winter treads. Turned off the factory limiter with ECU Flash, although 129 is hard to hit with my winter tire setup.

I have the camber kit set at 1.5 deg. negative camber and just a hair toe in the front... 1.5 deg. negative camber in the rear.

I know I hit 127-8 last summer but the weak-ass 03 speedometer leaves me to guess.

i toped mine out all the way until i was in forth gear and redlined it and just gave out, i pasted the 120 line and it kept going, i say about 130 or 135 maybe

The V6 is limited to 210 km/h (130 mph) and the I4 to 194 km/h (120 mph) according to the ROM definitions for both kinds of Galants.

Theoretically, the V6 can probably get to 140 stock and the I4 to about 130. I've yet to test out what my car can do, but it does get to about 145 really, really quickly (speed limiter removed).

i took my 2002 i4 up to 115 on the Garden State Parkway and 120 on the NJ Turnpike. I've only had one ticket (doing 85 on the parkway(55)) and it was a state trooper. paid 383 for it :( i'll probably invest in a radar detector as well.

as far as hitting top speed, i haven't redlined in 4th gear yet, though that was before the CAI and Megan cat back exhaust, so i might hit 130, give or take 1mph.

(laughing at the 8G's) i got my 7 up to... well i dont really know because my speedo only goes up to 140, and it was bouncing about a 1/4 inch below it. my GUESS... 147-148

I doubt the 7G's ECU will even let the car go above the maximum rating of the stock tires. Actually, the speed limiter should come in at around 120 MPH on the 7G. Is your's removed or something?

Speed limiter on a 7g is around 130. Ive done 130 in a semi-stock auto 7g. My car now is gear limitted to 155mph but if I took it up to that speed Im sure something would break or fall off and I would die.
