    Tires are everything. If you get 16's with a 55 or 18's with a 35... it will all come down to the quality of tire. Cheap tires ride like shit, regardless of sidewall height.
    If you can't afford a quality Michelin, Yokahama, or Goodyear tire... then sell your swaybars and buy the tires. Or sell something.
    With proper inflation and alignment you'll be good to go.
    I'm not telling you anything you shouldn't already know... but I'm just saying. If you skimp on tires trying to save a few bucks then you've defeated yourself and ALL of your hard work.
    With the Eagle F1's on my GS even with a fully built suspension and coilovers it had nothing short of an excellent ride. Granted in the winter it was a bit firm, but roads buckle in the winter, tires get cold, hyraulic fluid in your shocks gets cold, seats get cold... All cars ride rougher in the winter. Even Cadillacs.
    In the summer the GS was fucking money.

    GS-T wheels are 16x6.

    I had 225/50/16 and the ride and look was money.

    i thought 225 were too wide for a 6" wide rim.

    I cant seem to find where these wires are plugged in. I know one of the plug is for the clutch safety and other goes to the brake light switch. I have another harness coming out the brake light relay that I cant figure out where to plug.

    They are also for sensors on the clutch and brake pedal. They send signals to other parts of the system like the cruise control.

    Alright, so I'll just get his thing out of there, cuz I dont have ABS or cruise control anymore.

    Got confused here cuz my red G didnt have all that and I dont remember seeing it while I was pulling the pedals from the Galant in the junkyard.

    Finally got the Outlander caliper brackets in the mail after close to a month of waiting. Also in the picture 11.7'' Outlander rotors.

    I have to get it all coated and it'll be ready to install.

    Can't wait!

    Its not about whats the biggest rear brakes there are, its about matching the front and rear brakes with the stock prop valve. If there was an adjustable prop valve then it would be easy.

    The biggest rear brakes are the evo brembos and rotors. I've run front two-pots with rear brembos and the rears were locking before the fronts.

    MKO is right about balancing the braking front and rear. The other issue is how thick the rotor is. I don't know about these Outlander rotors but the 2 piston DSM rotors are too thin and tend to crack when hot lapping or racing. If you want big brakes that will last under heavy use your best bet is going to be Evo brakes and rotors. If you're just after a little more stopping power without the punishment of track day fun these are probably a good bet.

    adjustable prop valve ......now there's an idea! I will research this deeply when my adhd needs an outlet lol but it is known that big brakes are sexy

    im interested in the setup you just mentioned as well. with all the different prop valves at th yard its very likely one will work acceptably ....
    off to search this adjustable prop idea......
