Yes, they will fit just your intake valve relief will be on the exhaust side and vice versa.
I am selling my new galant gs pistons that Iv'e had forever and am wondering the interchange compatabillity of the 1st gen 4g64('94-'98 galants - 99 spyder 4g64 eclipse) to the 2nd gen 4g64(evo orientation) motors. The pistons are for a 1994-'95 gs galant(10:1 comp. ratio) on '99 spyder eclipse rods. Will they fit in the 2003 4g64's without minimal customizing? Thanks.

So they wouldn't slap the intake valves even though the reliefs are on the exaust side?

on theory they should work, i dont think its been tested yet
ok, I'll let the guy know that they should work, but there is no guarantees. he should turn the motor over by hand and see if there feels like there is anybindage. thanks guys.

why would the intake relief be on the exhaust side the manifolds are in different positions that tb just faces on the other side so the valve pockets should line up just fine
Sorry for taking so long....sold the pistons and he used them just fine.
