    Plastic Dash Question.

The plastic part that cracks on everyone, well i have a big hole in the center. now im getting the replacment cover thats on ebay, but my question is. If i completely take out the old plastic, can the replacment cover replace in the same location as the old?

I dont think so, that cover is just a cover, its glued onto the top of the old one. Im pretty shure there is alot more to the dash like monting points and all that. Im not 100% shure about that tho

The answer would be,,NO,, like the others said, it's just an overlay.

it's cheaper to just remove the dash completely and replace it with another dash.

Really? But the problem is that Ive heard several members say that it ended up cracking again. Looks like this overlay is not prone to cracking as our dash's do. Im looking to get 1 asap b4 its off the market.

Ok, sorry for the long wait guys, just gettn internet in my apt like less than a month ago, but here they are:

    Theres nothing to it:

-Prep the Dash with Alcohol pad
-Apply Silicone to the back of new Dash Overlay
-Apply carefully and align properly within first minute
    -Let dry & your done
