One of my Nokya bulbs burned out last week, then 2 days later the other side went out. They last over a year, pretty good in my opinion. To replace them, I bought some Piaa Plasma Ion Yellow bulbs. Yes, they are very pricey but with the help of 2 Amazon gift cards, I payed about $20. The Nokya was a lighter yellow than I wanted. The Piaa's are darker and more of the color range that I want.

Did my first bit of work to the Sonata, did a front brake job. Very straightforward. Love not dealing with rust, everything's still mostly new underneath:




An impact driver really makes light work of those stupid Philips screws holding the disk on. Snapped one smooth off in one hit, the other three came right out.


Amazon has the whole front kit for $150 free two-day shipping. Ordered on Tuesday, sitting in front of the house when I got home Thursday.


I knew I needed to change the brakes when I bought the car, the pulsation was horrible at anything over 70, but when I heard that famous grind sound, I knew what was up.

Nice! I'm in the same boat. Got wheels waiting on tires, got coils waiting on control arm bushings and tie rods, and a DIY camber kit. Tired of looking at parts laying around but bills come first I guess.
