    Drivers Side Damage (ESTIMATES)

Alright guys, I guess I'm so lucky to be hit a second time this week! This time I wasn't even in my car...but the guy was nice enough to come bang on the door of my girlfriends house after backing his SUV into the side of my car out on the street.

Basically the drivers side rear quarter panel is dented in about the size of a basketball, I will attempt to take a picture but I'm not sure if you would even be able to see it properly.

    Picture:

Picture is uploaded now, it's hard to see in detail but you can get the basic idea from it

I have no idea how much a big dent like that would cost to repair

I wasn't trying to be a jerk. Keith had a HUGE smash in his rear quarter like that, you have to cut and re-weld it and no one thought he could do it. He did it and you'd never know, I'm sure it could get expensive at a shop

I just decided to be cheap and only replace the bumper cover and have it painted on the damage from the other accident this week... thats not even fixed yet!

Well, you should get insurance quotes from the people who hit you

Get quotes. Get it fixed. Sell it.

    Bad vibes man lol.

I don't think thats good advice for this type of damage.

I was already "paid off" for the first accident and have repairs in motion for that damage. So now I guess I'll have to get an estimate - see if they wanna pay out of pocket or if they just want their insurance to handle it for this dent.

Take an insurance check, that other pay off, trade it in, and get a new car lol

    Or just get it fixed

it will probably be around 500-700 to fix it maybe a little less.

Which is why I deleted it. If he plans on getting something different it wouldn't matter to him but since the wreck isn't his fault just use the insurance money. I know what I originally said works though, I've been there.
