Noise when turning wheel from dead stop or slow roll

I noticed I get this sound when turning my steering wheel full lock from a dead stop or slow roll. Say if your making a u turn. Its sounds like a shopping carts wheel when it drags against the floor instead of rolling. Like rubber dragging across linoleum.

Best I can describe it, any ideas?

    Thanks

Only thing I can think of that makes noise when turning in such a manner would be the axles.

If it's the sound I think it is,, It's quite possibly some of the bushings between the strut/shock area & CV Joint. Somewhere along there is expired bushings, but that was 1 suggestion, that made sense, that someone posted some time ago.
