^^Well kinda, I got 225/40/18 tires and I rub in the back slightly over big bumps and fast curves, but I have a 19mm spacer because of centerbore issues, plus i wanted an aggressive fitment, which I got with those spacers. A roll (which i have to postpone ATM) will solve that. With the right offset, you won't rub.

Where can i get the fender roll tool or where can i go to have it done?

You can find one on eBay but I don't suggest you try it yourself it's not an easy task for first timers you must use a heat gun to heat the paint as your rolling so you don't crack the paint when your rolling it... Can't tell you where you can get it done because I don't live in Texas
