I'm Jelly because I did the same with my 8gb grill but the curvatures and pieces going across it were hard to cut and it's not flush so you can see the imperfections.

Keep it black. Do you have 02-03 black housing heads? And are those zip ties just temporary? Car is looking good!
JDyal, you need to bondo those imperfections to make it smooth
