Pretty sure your problem is going to be a ground with this as well. 100% means its getting a constant 5v return to the ecu basically bypassing the tps sensors circuit.
so i got the silver g running but for some reason all its doing is dumping fuel! i checked my tps on evoscan and it say 100% with engine off or on(even when i undo the wires for the tps it still read 100%) which in turn is dumping fuel also the a/f ratio is 10! i bought a new tps and still 100% on the tps. i check evoscan with my other galant(4banger) to see what the tps % should look like and it was 14 with engine on or off! can any one help me please!! i also tryed a different ecu but still the same result

Check wiring, most likely the problem.
