VR4 AWD transmission in FWD car ?

Hello guy's i'm new to the forum, U have EU Galant 8 2.5V6 tiptronic gearbox, its a 4spd auto, i got a 5spd auto from VR4 but its AWD, is there a way to make it FWD only and use it in my car, the engines are 6A13 and the bellhousing is the same for the 2 cars, i think i'll need the transmission ECU as well. I've searched the internet but didn't find a photo example of someone doing this. The reason i'm doing this is simple VR4 5spd auto has better gears and car will have better mileage, and acceleration with it :)

Personally I dont think you can make a AWD be FWD, even if it bolts up.
But ill let the people with more knowledge chime in.

You may be better off doing a full awd swap if possible.

i could just be talking but i heard somewhere you could just plug up the rwd portion of the awd system to make it run as if the rear wheels were not active

If u really want to make it fwd u can weld up the transfer case and close the hole for the rrar drive shaft... but its a waist of a good transmission imo
