Maybe heat it up and use a plunger? I'm not a body expert but I pull out most of my dings
As I'm sure some of you saw, I had a run in with an ice bank last week and the report is the car is totaled due to it's high mileage.
There is no damage other than cosmetic so I do not necessarily want to pay to get it fixed (being a broke student sucks) but I still can't stand to see the dent.. Anybody have any ideas where I could just push/pull the dent out then get color matched paint to make sure there is no rust formation? Really any ideas will be helpful at this point. I have not done any body work before so I figured there's no time like the present to learn and its not like I can make it much worse. The back of the panel is covered so i don't see how there is a way to push it out, but maybe a suction cup on the front and pull? I'm pretty clueless in all honesty..

Can I get paint matched spray paints in the U.S.? I saw on MCM they just went to a store and bought a can and if I could get my hands on some of that it would be amazing.

Auto zone, discount auto, O'Reilly.
I use automotive touch up. Google them, the paint match is pretty spot on
Alright, I'll look into that, thanks!

I was able to push the dent almost all the way back out.
Next step is going to be to gently hammer it as smooth as I can then I'm going to use some bod filler to smooth it out some more. I have color matched spray paint on its way and will be here sometime next week, the final step will be painting it.

I hope to get it smooth enough that body filler will be all I need, and not much of it.
