    03 Galant has VSS or take speedo signal off output shaft sensor

    As I search the internet I have found that some of the Galants were switched by Mitsu from a dedicated VSS to using the output shaft sensor as the vehicle speed sensor to save money. Can anyone tell me if a 2003 has a dedicated VSS or does it use the output shaft sensor?

    There's no VSS on 2002 or 2003.
