dahsboard rubber mat

hi guys,

i just want to ask for assistance regarding my 2005 galant es model... anyone maybe experienced this one and how to fix it.

on the upper glove box there is a panel, that seperate the dashboard rubber matt and the glove box.

how can i remove that panel? would i break anything if pull that out. or do i need special tools for it to be pulled out. i just need to glue the matting back because its lifting.
