    mechanical question

    My car is mechanically working great. I have had an issue though were my tachometer gauge fluctuates a lot. if im cruising, it works great give it gas somewhat harsh and itll go to 0. even at an idle it will sometimes go to zero but car will stay idling the same. I have repalced the gauge cluster with no luck. it is a 99 es 4 cyl. thanks in advance. no faults in system

    Sounds like the ignition failure sensor going out

    What is an ignition failure sensor and where is it located? I've never heard of such a thing.
