rims and coilovers

I have a 94 galant, and I am thinking about getting some 17" rims, and getting coilovers. The thing is how low should I drop it because I also want to body kit and the coil overs drop 1"-3"?

you dont need to drop it that much if your adding a kit... i dropped my front about 1.5" and the back 1" and leaves me a little less then a 2 finger gap... when you get your kit it will seem alot lower. any ways your getting coilovers so u can adjust it to however hight you want when u get the kit...
