Another question of 30K maintenance cost...

I've read some posts about this, but I didnt get the answer that I want...

This is for my friend's car. He's up for 30k mtc. his car is 02 ES i4.
after calling a lot of mitsu dealers here in st.louis, they all ask for $500-600 for this.
They said it's the standard severe mtc for mitsubishi... some of them that ask higher include cooland flush...

Is this price reasonable? should I told my friend to go ahead?
How much do u all usually pay for this at mitsu dealer or maybe non dealer shop?

i went to my dads friends shop and they did it for about 450+, this was including 4 new brake pads.

what's included in this service interval. some dealers follow the manufacturer's specifications for that service interval and some use the dealer's list of things to do.

a bit pricey.
the 4 cylinder shouldnt be more than about 350-400.
provided they follow mitsus service schedual, that is. a dealer can tack anything on that they want too, if they feel its needed.
