    Quaker State Full Synthetic

I'm going in for my oil change in about a week and since I have 2 free oil change cards regardless of which service I choose I decided to go with full synth. Any drawbacks to this? Once I use up my coupons though I dunno if I should still go with synthetic or not...is it worth it?

I think its worth it. Synth protects your motor better and I believe it makes it run cooler. I get mine done at the Texaco where my buddy works for free (after hours!!).

You wont notice a any difference on the synth oil, but your internals of your motor will.

I use a synthetic blend, and have since my first oil change. I still change every 3 to 4 thousand miles, but my engine is always smooth and quiet. Rich, can't wait to hear about the detergent. Rislone is good, but it's temporary as we all know.
