    My O/D slips completely...Automatic...

    I dunno if da O/D messed up or sumthin...My car Drive Perfect though all da gear with the O/D off...I got a 94 galant S...Im curious wha could of happened...when i get to 80mph my car is running at like 5500rpm i think dat kinda high...i could turn da O/D on at like 10mph but when i get to 20mph it redlines, but when i turn it of da tranny catches easily n da car just takes off...someone HELP...lol...dis is my 6th tranny...im not trying to buy another 1...

    Sounds like its the end clutch discs. They usually last like 60-70k depending how you drive.. Pretty simple to change yourself with no fancy tools needed. I have another set of clutch discs with 3k on them not warped at all from a wrecked car. PM if you wantem, or your can buyem brand new from Alto for like $90 shipped.
