would a '96 vr-4 front and rear bumper fit a 94 with some level of modification?

Front bumper cover will bolt on, only modifications you have to do is to the bumper itself...
7g for life!
And if you have the foglights like my bumper, you'll have to cut off part of the brackets... not too difficult, but it's an awkward angle with a hacksaw.
in japan (can't speak for other countries) the 96 galant was an 8g...
