    Tension Pulley Squeak

    When I start my car I get a squeaking sound from my tension pulley (under the A/C). Does Anyone know if it has to be replaced or can I take it off and lube it up???

    If you know for a fact that the auto tensioner is the problem, your better off just replacing it along with the serpentine belt if that is not new as well. Both shouldn't be that bad.

    Well it's almost been a year since I started this thread and I finally want to get this tensioner replaced. Does anyone know where I can get this part other than from the dealer?
