springs and the best drop

i planning on lowering my car but i dont know which springs give the best drop. i want a nice low drop but at the same time i want the ride to be smooth i dont want it to bouncy. if everyone can tell me the differnce in all the springs that there are as far as the drop ans the ride quality i would appreciate it
