First of all, this is likely going to rub if you ever want to lower your G, or I guess you will be happy as part of the dubs offroad galant club...second off, I actually think those will look ok on a G, 20 is awful huge though! Make sure to post pics when you get these on.

Just my opinion though. How much did you get them for and what tires are you going with?

well, a houston-galant member has got 20s on his galant and lowered on Tein Stech springs... so the "dropping" theory isnt right.. he probably rubs as bad as i do on my 18s.... maybe a little more but not as bad as many think...

I dont plan on lowering it, unless i have some room to slightly drop the front end. im goin with the nitto 225/35/20 tires. i should have em on in about 2 weeks, ill post some pics.

225 tires are too narrow for 8.5 rims....which will be the reason for rubbing...I've seen many people with 8.5 wide rims and a drop complain about some rubbing.

I saw some 20s on an older model domestic, the othere day. They looked pretty damn nice. Even though Im not the one for bling, most people probably would like them...just like most people like my car, despite the shape its in (ie dead paint on roof, several unfinished projects, ect ect) .

Where are you located. Down here us Tx boy like wheels like that on cars. If you are going for the luxury look you chose the right wheel.

Here is the pic of the h-town member with the dubs on his ride with the tein s-tech drop. Roughly an inch and a half drop, if I am not mistaken.

^^^^Yeah that is pretty damn ugly. He needs to keep that in the garage. Post the link to his page so I can better inspect this galant to see if it is really as bad as it looks in that pic.

i know a guy out here that has those helo's on his Gride, they look ok but dont really match the lines of the car to well, they look to much like a benz. wheel. and our cars look better with a BMW style wheel on them.. but like i say go big or go home:P n/r i'm a fan of big chrome rims,

Haha those things remind me of the shoes with the backetball pump on them everyone had in like fourth grade...there would be big pauses right in the middle of games for everyone to recharge

For the wheels...not my style but if you like 'em, props to you! If you're not gonna drop the car...a kit might be good.

I think that style rim with that size looks too oafy on an 8g. They would fit a 300C or even a 9g, but the car just looks too fin for the rim.

Too much chrome for me, and too high of a ride (4x4 style) but if you like it then feels good about it. 20 inch strong!

I think they look good, but I would definately lower it though. Please believe me when I say the ride is a lot better lowered as opposed to the stock suspension. Also, I have 8.5' rims. I always have. I had 20' spinners that were 8.5' wide, 19x8.5, and now the black 20x8.5. Its funny how people try to tell you what you should do with your car that you are paying for. Its also funny how they tell you you will rub. Now, this is the 2nd time I have had 20's and I have little to no rub with a lowered car. As a matter of fact It barely rubbed when I had the stock suspension, but it rubbed more than it does now. It will rub if I hit a bump to hard or fast or if I turn a corner real fast. On the stock suspension, it will do all of the same things, but if you have to much weight in the trunk or back seat it will do the same. With my lowered suspension, I have had people in the back seat as well as luggage in the trunk and did not rub a bit. What I don't understand is how people say they have 18's and rub so bad that they have to get their fenders rolled or cut. I am glad I don't have that problem.
