    missing the mark

What are the signs of a timing belt missing its mark? Will it cause a random misfire? Cause i had my timing belt fixed and my car is acting up. Slow gear change, loss of power, extremem vibation at stop lights, ses light on.

Logically, if the timing was off, the loss of power and poor idle could be symptoms. Don't know if or how that would affect gear changes, or whether it would cause the SES light. I'd certainly have it checked, though.

get your ses light scanned. that will give you a better idea of what is wrong.
