is there a check valve in the can?
what would keep all the pressure from blowing air through?
well i had my breather line hooked up to my intake for a while after the turbo install, so i know there's oil lingering around in my charge pipes and intake pipe. i cleaned my intercooler but i'm not connecting my breather line back up under any circumstances, until i get an inline fuel filter.Originally Posted by seth98esT
side note: i disconnected the "outlet" hose off my catch can that's supposed to have the "clean" air going through it. i put my finger to the outlet and i couldn't feel any air pulsing with the motor turned on. this catchcan sucks.

since when was my setup bad? please show me how it's bad. i don't see anything wrong with it.
all the smoke was from my FAULTY catch-can. i removed it, and now my exhaust is smoke-less.
please show me how my setup is bad.

man if you wanna have a legitament argument keep it in one thread, im getting sick of reading this crap form you. .
the catch-can is history, i'm getting the rest of my exhaust finished with 3" from the downpipe, and my fpr is finally going in when i get back into town. then i'm going for a dyno tune, will post numbers. hopefully i wont get rear ended this time on the way down there
