    Fuel Pump, Cut-Off Switch

    How would i put a cut-off swith on the fuel pump? Where is are the wires located?

    Why would you want to? Anti-theft? No clue where the wires are under the dash, but if you take out your back seat the fuel pump is right there. Look in the manual to see which color is power. Most likely a red/blackcombo...

    the fuel pump relay is under the hood in the fuse box. you can access the wires there too.

    lol You gonna track your G?

    Seriously though thats not a bad idea as far as theft prevention. If my alarm has cause enough to ring, then it should kill the fuel pump which would make autotheft damn near impossible (atleast logicaly speaking, i doubt anyone is willing to take the effort to haul an 8G away).

    Right that is the ignition, But the fuel pump on the other hand...put a hidden switch somewhere and your good to go.

    In my Ford Exploder there is a fuel pump relay that switches off in the event of an accident or rollover, this will prevent the fuel from flowing and causing more problems.......not sure if the G does.
