My GS is rated at $2585 private party and $4365 suggested retail. But back to the post.. you can get an S for about $1000-$2700 for a 94/95 depending on the condition and such.
All i would need is one that runs.

I paid $3150 for my '96 ES in May of this year. Of course it had 83k miles. It also has a sunroof, foglights, alloys, etc. I've seen 110-120k mi S's go for $1000-1500. It all depends. Just don't get an auto trans.
