Cheaper white guages

Hi i am new here and this is my first post. hello all.

I am sure that i am probably the only one in this forum that has this problem since i have been searching for the past 2 hours on how to fix it.

I have these guages:

and the problem is that i have a manual flat white and green switch that i have to press every time i want them on.



i tried to just bypass the switch by tying the two wires together to always complete the circuit, but the momentary control is built into the little black controller box.

If anyone else has had this problem and fixed it, please let me know.

The only thing I can suggest is to swap out the inverter for the guages with a different kind like one that I was selling in a group buy a while back. I will try to dig up a picture of the inverter, bllast, and the clips that are used to connect to the guages for ya to see if its the same, unless you have a pic of the clips that are used to plug into the guages and I can tell you if they are the same. What are the guages supposed to be able to do? just go on and off or change color and brightness also?

I have those in my G and just left the switch, its stuck right between the mirror controls and fog switch. The people I had put them in said they couldn't wire it like that but if that other inverter works than awsome

At the time of the group buy I didn't have aftermarket gauges, hell I don't have them now. But I want them because I plan on getting some gauges for spring. One of many mods to come for next year. :twisted:
