8g -7g suspension question

I read on here (dont remember where) that the front suspension on the 8g and 7g are the same. My question is IF this is true, couldnt we just use the front strut tower bar for the 8g on our 7's?

its not. only on the 8g vr4 has the same front suspension. multilink like the 7g.

the usdm 8g has a macphearson strut front suspension design.
but the issue is engine clearance, hood clearance, and the actual distance from tower to tower. not to mention the bolt pattern of the the brace.

the usdm 8g rear suspension IS multilink, and the rear lower bars will fit, but only the adjustable ones



aside from all that.
just get any adjustable 2g eclipse front upper or rear lower bar
if you want one for your 7g

the 8g's rear end is similar to the 2g eclipse's which would mean its similar to the 7g's also.

Well after thinking about it...it was STUNR who said this to me! I forgot! So I can theoretically find a strut bar from Japan for a VR4 as well...hmm...
