Qaud Throttle Bodies

Hey, i talked to a guy from vision imports today on the QTB (quad throttle bodies) setup, and i think ive chosen the route im gonna take as far as big performance upgrade. Now the only question i have that i failed to ask was, what is the fuel effecientcy on the QTB's? I know its a little worse than a supercharger, or a turbo, but with a QTB setup its a lot less to worry about.

Well, if you are worried about gas milage on the quad I wouldn't do it. It's going to eat up the fuel. You know you will need a replacement computer like a haltech to even get your car going again. I have been watching a guy on club3g try to get the 6 pack on his car and the haltech tuned out its not easy or cheap.

A Quad TB, damn.. now thats a upgrade that im afraid doing, just because of Gas mileage.. i know guys who have done it and they dont even drive there cars anymore because of it.. Shit i would do some more reasearch and ask a lot of ?'s, it's a killer mod from what i have heard..

yeah it is, a guy i know who races rally cars has a mazda 323 with a quad setup, and he showed me the before and after sound with it on. OMG, his mazda 323 sounds like a Panoz Roadster, no bullshit. But he said the mileage is pretty bad, heh, thats alright though, thats where those tornado air twister things come in...hehe
