LEDs instead of bulbs

I was wondering if anybody has replaced the cluster bulbs 194/168 with bright white LED bulbs.
Does the cluster light up extra bright?


Also how about tail light bulbs LEDs, is it worth it?

Also is the difference btwn. the number of LEDs in each bulb make a difference?
