Are there any braided radiator hoes for a 94 galant. Anyone know who makes em or a braided hoes that will fit it. And which Eclipse sway bar fits our car? :?: :monkeypiss: :mg:

I already responded about the sway bars in the HOES topin in the other thread. U get steel braided hose kits from autozone, u have to shorten them to the length they need to be. There is no such thing as steel hose, they are braided hoses that go over the radiator hoses and such. They are just for looks, no such performance hoses that I'm aware of.

Funny thing I just got my braided hoses today from UPS. Basically they are just sleeves that go over the existing hoses. I put the radiator one on today and for me it was a real bitch. Maybe I'm stupid but it took me about 2 hours to put one sleeve over the hose. You wil have to cut the hoses to the size you want.

    This kit contains:
For the radiator hose you get 4.5 ft of sleeving with 2 hose ends.
Heater hoses you get 12 ft of sleeving with 4 hose ends.
Fuel line hoses you get 4 ft of sleeving with 2 hose ends.
Vacuuml lines you get 5 ft of sleeving, youy also get shrink sleeves for the vacuum lines.

I did the same thing.. HOES?? We got HOES on TGC??

I bought the same kit and I am not kidding.. I tried for like 30-45 minutes to get the sleeve on the radiator hose (NOT HOES) and then gave up.. I took the kit back to the store and said screw it..

No joke Chrome that shit was a bitch and its about to snow up here so imagne the cold. But I eventually got it on and it looks nice I'll guess I'll do the others this weekend at my p/t job its inside nice and warm aaaaahhhh. The reason I got them is to compliment the chrome headers and intake that'll be going in there.

No doubt.. The sleeve kits look really good.. I just do not have the patience (or talent?) to put them on.. I went into the job thinking it would be a 10-15 minute fix.. I actually just wanted the radiator hose cover.. I'll probably try again some time in the spring..

You guys are wrong. There really are hoses that are like kinky aluminum over a silicone core. They are super expensive (nearly $100 each!!!) but are guaranteed for life (usually anyway).

We are talking about the cheaper hose kits.. they run for like $30-49

Kain I think you are speaking of these braided kits.. for like $70 on Nopi

or these?? from JC Whitney like $75-120 depending on length..

    or these?

These are the ones I was talking about. Or at least they look like 'em. I'm looking in my Summit catalogue and they run between $70 and $135 depending on the length.
